The RNC adopted a proposal earlier this cycle to award delegates on a proportional basis like the Democrats have been doing instead of continuing with a winner take all system. Tomorrow, they are debating about whether or not to adopt another Democratic initiative - sharing data collected by the national Party with outside groups like American Crossroads.
http://www.politico.com/... - I actually think this could be a pretty big deal electorally speaking. If groups like Crossroads are allowed access to the RNC voter file and can spend their own resources improving the file, it could really hurt Democrats.
