Polls are set to close in West Virginia's rock 'em, sock 'em special gubernatorial primary at 7:30pm Eastern. For a rundown of all the key players (for a race like this, a scorecard is necessary), you can check out a rundown of the Democratic field over at the Swing State Project archives and for the GOP, check out Hotline On Call.
We won't be liveblogging this one, but we'll keep an eye on the numbers and will post occasional updates.
UPDATE: It's over! Incumbent Dem Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin has won his party's nomination, with 40% of the vote to 23% for House Speaker Rick Thompson and 18% for Secretary of State Natalie Tennant. For the GOP, political newcomer and business Bill Maloney upset former Secretary of State Betty Ireland by a wide 45-31 margin.
