Another Washington DC anti gun law was found to be unconstitutional.
This on was the requirement that an application for a concealed weapons permit show a good reason, other than just wanting one. These good reason requirements are found in several states that are classified as "may issue" rather than, "shall issue".
Second amendment activists claim that these rules make it so only the rich, famous, or politically well conectected can get a permit.
I personally find it depressing that our nation's capital can't seem to write a gun law that can pass constitutional muster.
Well now they will get to try again, how long before a court just writes it for them?
