    agree on all points. He's poltically craven, just like Arlen Specter. He has no core beliefs, but I do believe he'll act like a democrat when in office, just because he'll be looking for his next move after that, and his next move can now only exist in the democratic party. Who cares if he's craven as long as he's a fairly loyal democrat and has an awesome chance at beating scott?

      although it's safe to say he could never run for president now.  neither party will take him that far.

        but gov of FL is a decent place to be and he might get a mid level cabinet post in a dem administration. Getting way ahead of ourselves here but I know FL doesn't allow more than 2 consecutive terms. The question is can Crist serve 3 terms if they're not consecutive?

          If he tried to challenge rubio head on.  It's plausible that he could rehabilitate his image for 2020 or even 16 if he worked hard enough, but 16 would cement his craven image.

          The question is can Crist serve 3 terms if they're not consecutive?
          I looked this up a while ago. Both Florida and Ohio allow more than two terms, there just has to be a four-year break after two.
